*NetGalley provided me with a complimentary copy of this book in exchange for my honest review.

"Her Royal Protector" was a decent read. The synopsis was intriguing to me and I was actually looking forward to reading the book but once I started I noticed that the interest that the synopsis garnered was gone. The characters were likable and their chemistry in the beginning was tangible. Unfortunately while the overall story was decent, it was also forgettable.

Dr. Olivia Percy has been told her whole life that she was ugly & Arif al Najimi takes it upon himself to show Olivia just how beautiful she truly is. With Olivia's disdain towards men that she precives to be like her father, her ability to put her foot in her mouth & Arif's own moments of stubbornness, I was hoping for a grander story arch. But nothing spectacular or even unpredictable happens.

"Her Royal Protector" is a decent book that I honestly wouldn't read again but would recommend to anyone who reads "Blush" or "Quick Reads" Romance stories.
