"How To Marry A Cowboy" is a book that I enjoyed. Overall it was witty, fun and romantic.

Annie Rose is an educated woman running from her Ex and a bad situation. As a heroine I was extremely impressed with her because although she had moments of fear, she did not become a victim of circumstance. She differs from the standard romance novel heroine by standing up for herself and not allowing herself to be steamrolled by anyone.

Mason is a widow trying to raise twin daughters, who are both adorably sweet and troublemakers. His daughters, Lily & Gabby, were my favorite part of the story. While only nine years old, the girls have enough personality and wit that I literally laughed out loud on multiple occasions.

The relationship that developed between Mason and Annie Rose was well plotted and although it occurs in a matter of weeks it never once felt forced or rushed.

My only problem with the story was that the author mentions Miranda Lambert repeatedly in the same paragraphs and chapters. And that repetitiveness is a little annoying. That aside I really enjoyed the novel.

Would recommend book to readers of the following genres : Western/Country Romance
