Writings Of a Lonesome Soul

Every single page was practically filled to the brim with smut.  Now I’m not one to complain or judge someone else for their book kinks but, for me personally I would have like a little bit more substance or plot to this story.

The book does “technically” live up to the description. With Lily "boinking" her ex's dad pretty much from page one all the way to HEA ending.  The problem with that is there is nothing else to it. 

My personal rating actually falls between a 2 & 2.5 but Goodreads doesn't allow half stars in their ratings. 

I can't rate it any higher because 3 stars is my default rating for an okay or "good" (to me) novel. As well as those stories that are just alright, and I might be willing to give another shot.  But this story was 97% sex scenes with very little dialogue, plot or motivation outside of it. And halfway through it, I definitely felt desensitized to any chemistry the characters may have had.

That being said I know there are people who will enjoy this read and to that I say more power to ya.
