*Non Spoiler Review

A few years ago this book wouldn't have been my "cup of tea" but thankfully Kristen Ashley (and a few others) have expanded my horizons when it comes to Sexy alphas & biker bad boys.

I honestly enjoyed "Mystery Man" and will definitely be re-reading it again. Now I'm not saying there weren't moments, once I finished the book, where I had to suspend reality and question some of the plot choices... IE Gwen repeatedly letting a man that she doesn't know anything about including his name, break into her house in the middle of the night for sex, only to have disappeared before the next morning.

I knew going into this book (thanks to reading the synopsis) that Gwen's Mystery Man was Hawk so I never once considered her to be a "slut" for sleeping with him. From the reaction I have seen online a few readers have had a problem with this, I however can move past this and truly enjoy the characters and Kristen Ashley's world full of hot heroes and sassy heroines.

This particular branch of Alpha-Romance is something that Kristen Ashley does extraordinarily well. Filled with a variety of badass men, impending danger, quirky loved ones, and just the right amount of steamy romance and intriguing mystery, "Mystery Man" is a book that I definitely recommend to readers looking for something from the "Steamy Alpha Romance" genre.

*Friendly Note* The "Dream Man Series" can be read as stand alone novels but I suggest reading them in order. I read the final novel first and while there was no major spoilers, it did annoy me to see a character that I love perusing another woman.
