I honestly thought I wasn't going to like this book because "Ghouls Rush In" starts out slow, excruciatingly slow. I was tempted to just give up on this book but now that I have finished it I'm glad that I stuck with it. Once the book found it's rhythm (approx halfway into the story) I found myself drawn into the story and wanting to know more about Drake and how his ghostly situation came to be. H.P. Mallory created interesting characters with chemistry and pizzazz. By the end of the book I was really into it and slightly disappointed with the ending but now that I know there is a second one coming soon I definitely am looking forward to continuing Peyton Clark's story and reading more from this author.
