I couldn't muster any kind of feelings for the characters... I don't want to spoil the book for anyone so I won't go too in depth about it but... I think there wasn't enough time spent building up the connection between Anna & Jaxson.
I understand that this is a fast read but there wasn't enough substance there for me to get into the book. Everything moved at a quick pace and before I could honestly even say that I was starting to like any character the book was over.
The past few years I have become a fan of Terry Towers and I normally enjoy her books... Even the not so mainstream ones... So I will definitely continue reading her works but this is not a book that I would recommend.
